    Secure Trading Payments Pending

    Hi
    I have started using Secure Trading and have to say am very impressed by both the service and support however, all of my orders are going 'pending psp' and I then have to manually raise a payment for each order after checking customers payment has been processed.
    Any ideas if this is likely to be an Actinic problem with what info they are sending to ST or a ST problem with what they are sending back to Actinic.
