Actinic Payment set-up time?

Has anyone experienced any delays with Actinic setting up Actinic payments?

I appreciate that there is more than just Actinic involved in this, but the original 5 working days quoted has now stretched to 10, still without any joy.

My recent one took around two weeks but then I made a change to the application which may have caused an additional delay.
