Simple refund query - Actinic Payments;

I need to do a part refund on an order (a goodwill thing, not a change to the order as such).

If I hit the refund button, does it automatically refund the whole amount, or do I have the option to part refund?

when you press 'refund' it'll bring up a prompt for you to confirm the refund amount.

In the latest version of V10, this is pre-filled with the outstanding balance/refund difference, I believe, but it's always edittable.

Make sure you enter the adjustment in Actinic too (presumably, you're doing a manual adjustment)
