I am aware that this is issue has occurred before but I cannot find any specific references to it. Since the 26th September Paypal Standard Website Payments have returned completed payments into the Pending Payment Service Provider tab. We are not aware of any changes we have made to cause this to happen.
Does anyone have any information we may not know about regarding PayPal and any changes they might have made that requires some action in the Actinic software? I have spoken to PayPal and they have refered me to Actinic for support.
Any help on this issue would be a big help to us.
