    Ogone Payment Provider

    Hello,

    Mid-October, Actinic has stopped the Actinic Shared SSL service.
    And we have upgraded from version 8.53 to version 10.02.

    Before this update, we placed manually the transactions on the website of our payment provider.

    Now, the orders are placed automatically by the customers themselves.

    However, once the payment has been accepted, even if we receive the e-mail confirmation, the order is placed in the "Payment Service Provider Pending"!

    We have to open the order, then to click on the "progress and payment" tab, then to click on " View Payments" buttons, and then to click on " New entry", "ok" and "Apply".

    At this moment, the order goes into the "pending " tab.

    With Paypal transaction, I don't meet this problem. The orders placed on Paypal website go directly into the "Pending" tab.

    My question is: must I send some others instructions, like url request or return, to our payment provider? Have I forgotten something?
