Between 1am and 6am on Sunday 14th November The 3rd Man will be performing essential maintenance to their systems. During this time Actinic Payments will have intermittent connectivity to The 3rd Man, resulting in delayed fraud scoring.
It is expected that shortly after the maintenance window all fraud scoring will catch up but this may take some time depending on the volume of transactions.
Actinic Payments, the payment page and webMIS (admin) will be available and remain unaffected during this period.
Its likely this maintenance will also affect SagePay users and other 3rd Man customers too but please consult with those providers for further information.
