    Exporting to sage

    Ok next problem, sorry to beg help from you guys but cannot be bothered to waste my time on the phone to get nowhere

    Actinic Busness plus 9.0.5 and sage accounts v11 using link

    Tried exporting order by link and get the following error

    You did not set sage transaction type for the used actinic payment method in the current ordered XXXXXXXXX

    I think I had this same problem recently (though I can't quite remember); it occurred when we changed from Shared SSL to SagePay as a PSP. We use Actinic 10.0.2 and Sage Line 50 2011, but I reckon the solution would be the same.

    To fix it, I went to Actinic Link (Actinic to Sage Line 50), opened up the profile, and selected the Transaction Types tab. For us, there were two entries; one for the Shared SSL Credit or Debit card, and one for Invoice with order (our two payment methods). I then created another entry in this table for SagePay, and used the same settings as used for Shared SSL; I then rearranged the order (though this may not matter) and deleted the Shared SSL entry.

    On reexporting the orders to Sage, this fixed the problem for us.

    I guess you need to have entries in this table for every payment method you offer.
