Waiting for CC details

Hi

Anyone had any weird payment downloads today?? We've just had an order which says waiting for CC details. Credit card details sent separately. This is NOT a payment option on our site and i've looked in payment options both live and in the set up and I can't see that anywhere. The order has no other payment details than an aut code but you can't view the details as it says they haven't been entered yet? But the payment appears in Actinic payment admin screens??

I'd say it's probably a corrupted order type in the order details.

All I can think of is to check the various payment methods you accept to try and find a matching payment and if that doesn't work contact the customer and discuss.

Are you hosted by Host-IT/Pinbrook?

We've seen some odd problems and long delays since the weekend- we were one of the businesses affected by the Pinbrook/Host-IT outage on Saturday. Since then, we've had several orders which have duplicated when downloaded- we have several payment authorisations with the same codes for one order, and multiple notifications of one order being placed. Also we're seeing delays of over 30 seconds when trying to send mail via our servers- frustrating when trying to send 100 or so e-mails to customers!

We're hosted with one and one and it seems to be the only order that's like it. Payment has settled within AP so must have got corrupted somehow.

Will keep an eye to see if we get anymore.
