Passing actinic order info to Paypal

Hello, a customer has requested that they want the order information passed to paypal so it appears on heir paypal email and the customers - currently - we only get order ID and total amount,

Is this possible? - I've tried poking around in their Paypal account under API settings - I'e requested API credentials and set up API signature - but have no idea what to do.
I wonder if anybody else has set this up?
