    Cannot open SQL server

    I have placed two orders through my new site, one through Sagepay using a debit card and one through Paypal. When I download the orders they both said downloading one order and one successful payment but they stayed in pending, when I try to complete the orders both have give the same message, cannot open sql server.

    Has anybody else experianced this problem? I couldn't find a result on the forum and I have contacted SagePage they have told me it must be a problem at the Actinic end.

    Are you on Enterprise i take it? if not, not sure why SQL is being mentioned.

      Hi Lee, I'm on V10 plus beta 3. No idea either about the SQL server, I thought there might be a box that needs ticking somewhere deep in the heart of Actinic.

        Are you live on the beta?

        Sounds like you have a corrupt order or two. Try a test order yourself and see if you have the same issue. If so then I think you should give support a call on Monday.

          Hi Duncan, I am live with the beta version, it fixed a couple of bugs. I'll try another test order.

            Same problem, I'll do a snapshot and uninstall V10.3 and install V10.2 maybe this will help.

              I reverted to V10.2 and now I can complete the order, I'll email Actinic to let them know whats happened.
