Has anyone had any feedback on using Paypoint as an online payment processor with Actinic?

I've used Secpay (who are now paypoint.net) as my PSP for years. In fact, looking back, I see that I'm into my 10th year with them.
No real complaints. Their system works well and they've always been helpful when I did have problems. (I think it was something to do with the encryptions keys and it was all sorted out ages ago).
The one minor issues I sometimes get is that customers are sometimes presented with a blank screen when transferred and this can be got around be backing out and trying again. I suspect this is due to them rapidly switching IP addresses to avoid DOS attacks but it doesn't happen very often so has been hard to isolate the problem and I don't think it's ever cost me a lost order.
I will probably change sometime in the future to AP. Just for the better integration rather than any problems I've had with paypoint.
