Hi - I have an issue using Sage Pay form and Actinic v10.0.2. About 20% of orders end up in the pending folder.
After speaking to some of these customers the main issues that appear to be causing this are:
1. The process stalling or timing out when bouncing from the website to Sage Pay.
2. The process stalling or timing out within Sage Pay.
2. The process stalling or timing out within Sage Pay when asked for "Secured by Mastercard" details.
Sage Pay have said that the problem is more than likely due to customers PC's or network connections and are monitroing the situation.
Does anybody know what an acceptable percentage is for pending orders?
Is there anything I can do with my website to improve this?
