Netbanx Transactions Not Generating Receipt

Hi Guys,

For card payments we use Netbanx and not all of our customers are getting confirmation emails despite returning to the site after payment.

We get all the confirmations through for PayPal, just not Netbanx which leaves us constantly getting panicked emails from customers who are worried that their order hasn't gone through.

Any advice is appreciated

If you set it up so you also get a copy, then you will know if they have received a confirmation email or not - becasue you won't get one if they don't, even though you have a fully paid order in the system. It is then an easy step to send the offline confirmation email from within the order.

Obviously you need to cross-reference the downloaded orders with emails received on a regular basis.

That's what we do and it works well. No complaints about missing emails, anyway.

It is set up so we recieve a copy, but nothing is being generated for either us or the customer. Plus, Netbanx transactions don't track in GA.

Any ideas?
