Google Checkout UTF-8 Error with v10

Hi, I have seen many threads related to this error below, downloaded and followed Google Checkout setup instructions for actinic v10.

Error Message "We tried to decode your message as UTF-8 but couldn't -- it didn't map correctly"

However I am getting above error in test mode and live mode. We are using GeoTrust SSL certificate which I believe is approved for use with Google checkout.

Any idea what could be the cause?

Did you or anyone get this resolved? Have the same issue also in v10... have replaced the 2 (unmodified) google.html and google.pl files in OCC but nothing.

Even added utf-8 accept into the dummy <form> tag of google.html as per some of the other PSP pages but to no avail.
