Paypal international charges

Hi Guys.
Question about Paypal international charges.
4.5% for sales outside the U.S.

Is there a way to hide the Paypal option in payment options to international customers, and only allow them to see credit card or wire options?

Help doesn't state if highlighting the method makes the setting unique.

Highlight a payment method, tick the box and configure the locations. Only people from those locations will then see that payment method.

It's relative to the payment method you have selected above, tick it and then select another payment method and you will see for yourself it's not global. It's mainly used to only allow certain payment methods outside of your home country (often because charges are higher on international transactions with certain methods), but can be used the other way too.

If you click on the question mark in the window (top right) and then click on the area you are not sure about, actinic will often give you a 'tooltip' explaining exactly what it's for and how it works. It does that throughout the application in many areas, an often unadvertised and underused facility.

Given the work that actinic have put into the tooltips, i'd like to see the tooltip stand out like a beacon not just blended into the interface, it's too good a feature to just be hidden away somewhat. It should be bright red or orange.
