I have a problem and am wondering if anyone can help me.
I have been running Actinic version #3 since the late 1990s. It is fine and I do not have much traffic so it suits my needs.
However, I should now like to add Paypal to my website and Paypal themselves have said this is possible. They directed me to some instructions but sadly this seems to cover version #8 upwards and, in addition to this, I do not understand my own website since I used to have someone do it all for me. I have called IT companies, but most are not interesting in helping (I am too small for them).
Is there a list of instructions anyone can give me that I can give to the one small IT company which says it might be able to help but is unwilling to try without knowing more. Actinic have said they do not support version #3 and would not give any information.
Any help would be much appreciated.
