Bank Transfer fee

Hi Guys
Question about payment via bank transfer.
The Banks charge $25.00 for a bank transfer or wire fee.
Is it possible to have a fee added automatically to the cart when wire funds payment method is selected?

You can create a surcharge on Order Level restricted to a payment method, triggered at 0.01 with a specifed amount. This is shown in the default store - see attached.
