Being new to Actinic Payments I have just spent the last hour having a good look around the Credit Call/Actinic payments online interface.
I have run a few reports showing payments taken and payments settled etc.
I can see on the screen that it shows me the total Bank Submission and the total count of these - I can then drill down and it shows me the split between each card type - I can then drill down on each card type and view the individual transactions.
The information is all there but I don't seem to be able to find a report that I can run and subsequently print out, that will show me the individual transactions broken down for any given total Bank Submission ?
Am I missing something obvious ? - what do other people use to breakdown the total sum transfered into the detail of the individual payments ?
Any advice would be appreciated - thanks
