3rd Man Delays

Is anyone getting 3rd man scores at the moment, as I have not received any since yesterday afternoon.

Nope, none here since yesterday either. This is a too frequent occurrence, yes?

I assume Actinic don't monitor the 3rd man service, as it seems unless a forum member reports the issue nothing happens.

If the service was monitored the problem could be sorted before anyone has time to raise the problem on the forum.

This problem seems to be occuring more and more often.

Hi,

We've been looking into this issue which has affected some 3rd Man users, ourselves included. The monitoring we have in place did not pick up this particular error condition, so we are looking into ways to improve that.

The problem has been resolved and fraud scoring should be catching up now
