I've raised issues about AIB (AIB GB Merchant Services) before so sorry for raising again. I'd like to know if any other members transact their Merchant Services / PSP / Actinic Payments to this (competively charging) bank. Peanuts & monkeys beginning to spring to mind.
In [Business Settings] [Payment & Security] highlight [Actinic Payments] then [Configure Method] I have 'Verify 3DS for Visa' = "On' and 'Verify 3DS for M/C' = 'On'.
But it doesn't bring up the 3DS test when you order online.

Silk Floral Shop is a bit busier. (Don't get me started on Google Crapout)
Neither seem to attract this security measure. Why?
