I've had Business Settings | Create Full Payment unchecked and sometimes I get a PSP Pending message yet the payment has gone through.
I understood from the help that I don't need this box checked so why is this happening and why is Actinic not updating?
Help says: An entry will be made in the 'Payment History' of the order for the full amount of the order. You will not need to do this if you are using a PSP as the order will already be marked as received.
