What is my payment method? Secret key?

I'm being bounced from one support line to the other and can't get any clear answer. I have to configure my payment method for Sagepay (Actinic Business Plus 10) and I don't have a "Secret key" and have no idea what it is. When I called sagepay they asked me what type of payment interface I'm using (they mentioned "server" and "form") and I have no idea. Can someone please shed some light regarding this?

They used to email the secret key in the old days so nobody else ever knew it. not sure on present situation as we left them after the disasters last and this year, if your not commited actinic payment maight be a better option
