Is Sage Pay Server & inFrame supported by Actinic?

Hi, we are looking at getting Sage Pay integration set up as per this URL:

Our first question is; does Actinic support the feature? Towards the bottom of the page I noticed some text saying 'check our list of Sage Pay Partners for a compatible shopping cart provider' but can't find Actinic on there.

Do you have full transaction integration with any payments provider?

If not, may I ask why? We're seeing 17% drop-off at the checkout stage of our cart process because they are bumped to a Sage-pay external site.

We really want to fix this ASAP.

There can be several factors that affect bounce rates. However with SagePay you can customise the payment page templates so it looks like your design.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I understand that customisation is possible and that the external payment-process is not the only factor in the drop-off on our funnel but I can't help but think, as a user of the site, that it looks really unprofessional.

There's a reason that Amazon, Zappos etc. don't suddenly change the layout of the site when you try to pay.

If you have any ideas on how we can make this integration work I'd really appreciate it.
