Is anybody else having a problem with people paying through SagePay today, Friday 30 Sept? We are getting transactions which have successfully completed the payment details and 3D Secure and then get, "SagePay error - order cancelled". The SagePay system monitor is not mentioning any problem, but it may be too recent. All the transactions are the same woman, saying she has tried different cards with the same result. Is there a possibility that she is doing something odd, like clicking the Back button in her browser as the payment completes? Has anybody come across this?
