Configure Actinic Business V9.0.5 to use Cardsave

We have just signed up with Cardsave for both Chip&Pin and ecommerce purposes to use with our Actinic Business V9 shop. Have just been sent the login details and downloaded their “Integration pack” but cannot make head nor tail of what to do with it. How do I configure Actinic to use Cardsave?

Is CardSave supported by Actinic? You need to choose a payment method from the list in Actinic. Integrating a new unsupported provider is a complex programming task and not normally undertaken by a merchant

      Hi Mark,
Cardsave are not in the list "within" actinic as standard as a recognised payment provider however their integration pack has all instructions on how to get it "into" Actinic.

It requires the installation of 4 files (OCC Script template etc) into the Site1 Folder and it explains the process in a 2 step guide.
The INSTALL.txt file in the downloadable zip folder should show you everything you need to install it.

        CardSave Payment Gateway

        Hi Mark,

The latest CardSave plug-in for Actinic can be found here...
        http://www.cardsave.net/shopping-car...-carts/actinic

The plug-in has been tested and is working with Actinic 10.0.4 and above.

It will not work correctly in Actinic version 9 so upgrading the site to newest version of Actinic would be the best option.

The CardSave plug-in will be released as standard within the next release of Actinic.

If you need further help please call CardSave on 01472 263 595.
