Network Routing issue (BT networks) 06/12/11

Hi all,

We have reports of customers having problems accessing Actinic Payments and other Actinic Services, our investigation leads us and our various data center partners to suspect a routing or DNS issue with BT networks. At this time we are waiting on some further information from BT. As soon as we have a further update, they will be posted here:

I also lost the forum for an hour or two. Presumaby the same problem (a BT user).

Yes, I'm on BT working from home and I couldn't access the forum.

On Twitter, people were reporting whole networks of sites unavailable. Lot's of companies were complaining that BT users couldn't access their sites. One person said that it seemed half the Internet was out.
