    Dear Merchant,
    RE : CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF PAYOFFLINE SERVICES
    For various commercial reasons we have reached a decision that we will unfortunately be unable to continue to provide the PayOffline services after the 31st March 2012. In the circumstances we hereby provide you with 90 days notice for termination of the services under the contract in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.

    It never seemed to make any sense to me but good for them for trying.

    I seem to remember one or two people on the forum tried it. Did it ever generate any business?

      Over two years, about 0.1% (29 people + one used it four times) out of >25,000 payments processed. In the same period, only two or three Postal Orders. It worked fine but we won't miss it.
