Refunding through Actinic takes ages

In fact, I've never successfully completed one. After 5 minutes or so, I end up having to kill Actinic then do the refund via Actinic Payments.

Are there any diagnostics I can run to see what the problem might be?

I'm using Actinic Payments/Streamline on v9.

Does anyone else do refunds via Actinic front end, and, if so, how long should it take?

We do the odd refund through Actinic with AP and Streamline (v10.0.2) and never had a problem. Just clicked refund entered the amount and OK'd, job done. Not seen any issues with Actinic hanging. Something sounds wrong - raise a ticket or call support and have them check things out.

I've done a few refunds through the Actinic Front-End without any problems and usually takes a 2-3 seconds.

We do it all the time. We are not with streamline but it works very efficiently takes no more than a couple of seconds.
