Payment

Hi everyone, in V11 using Actinic Payments do you know if there is a way we can request payment from customers.

We create order via emails received from customers and quite often can't get through to them on the phone until after we have closed etc so we wondered if there was a way we could send the customers a link to request payment but so actinic then applies that payment to the PSP order?

I think you can only send out an invoice for payment with Paypal as they need an interface to go to in order to add payment info securely. Why not have a custom order section on your site, create a dummy product for the amount, upload it and then send them a link to that page to pay for it via the usual system. No security issues and sale recorded in actinic per usual.
