Regarding this serious outage, I was told last time this happened that Actinic would implement some monitoring so they weren't reliant on customers reporting Third Man failure. This clearly hasn't happened. As usual Actinic support were completely unaware and we had to go through the familiar rigmarole of persuading support staff that there was a Third Man problem and not something to do with our site.
