HSBC Secure ePayments changes

Just received a letter from HSBC Merchant Services saying that Secure ePayments will be replaced later this year by Global Iris and all payments will be processed via Global Iris Redirect Payment Page. Apparently some small changes will be required to redirect transactions from the current Secure ePayments web address to the new Global Iris web address.

Could Actinic team confirm what changes will be required and who will be responsible for implementing them please?

We are just in the process of finding out ourselves. I believe the above is correct but we are investigating exactly how this impacts HSBC merchants and the steps you'll have to go though to migrate (if required). Once we have some better detail we will be in touch.
