I have just downloaded 10 orders into payment pending (ie failed payments) and on SagePay it says for each, "An error occurred at SagePay". About 5 different people trying. SagePay System Monitor says nothing. Anybody else getting a problem?
I have rung SagePay and they say that HSBC Bank (our bank) has a problem with verifying transactions, so all payments are failing. I am a bit p***** off. Have put PayPal on website as a separate option.
