Payment authorisation for an order won't download

Hi, I've had an order download into the Pending Payment Service Provider tab, but the settled payment exists in Actinic Payments. I've tried downloading a few times and it won't come down.

Is there a way to link the order to the payment, or do I just need to add a manual payment and forget about it? I'm just worried that it will come down later on and then I'll have an overpayment to deal with.

If you create the payment manually, and then at some stage the authorisation does download, you can simply delete the manual payment*, leaving the downloaded authorisation. However I'd think it is highly unlikely that the payment will come through now.
* the manual payment will not of course have an actual cash amount allocated to it.
