Getting a failure to connect on https://secure.actinicsecure.com/cgi-bin/is_main.pl to HSBC this morning. Please could an Actinic person check asap thanks

Just heard back from my colleague and he can confirm the connection to the server is working. Are you still not able to connect? If no, what error comes up after the redirect?

Thanks for the update and for following it up for me. It seems to be intermittent - and stupidly I didn't save a screen grab when it happened again last night.

I suspect, though can't be sure, that it may be to do with our internet connection which doesn't like the rain

I will monitor it and get a screen grab next time.
