For some reason on my windows 7 machine this exe isn't on there, I only have 4 different payment options but on my XP machine I have all them pay pal etc.. I researched it and im missing the psp.exe, anyone know where I can get it?

Run a re install, it should install as part of that. Snapshot before you start. -

If you just need the PSPSetup.exe, you can download it from here . The Actinic v11 one pertains to v11.0.2 and SellerDeck to v11.0.3, so you need to download the exe file relevant to your version of the software.
