I';m on 10.0.4 LDZA
Paypal orders were going into 'pending' correctly up until 23.39 last night (30th July)
All orders from today, starting at 02.47 have been staying in payment pending.
Its been working correctly for years.. no changes made on actinic or at hosting.

It also doesn't seem to be limited to a particular version of SellerDeck.
The above six sites that have confirmed the problem include V9, v10 & v11
The precise version being:
9 JHZA
10 LAFA
10 LDZA
10 LMFA
10 LDZA
11 LMFA

There does not seem to be many other discussions about any Paypal problems around the net, although did find one forum thread on another site that describes a similar problem - Paypal-IPN-Failing-suddenly and in post #19 someone says:I just got word back from one of my contacts about this. Apparently PayPal has been suffering from an IPN bug that was causing these problems for you.[/

Hi
We are having a nightmare with this paypal express problem. The issue to us looks like a actinic problem as the cgi-bin is creating jumbled links to paypal.
We have tried purge and refresh a few times, and there was 2 scripts in the cgi-bin folder on our server that were not purging, we have now deleted them manually. and have run another purge and refresh with no results.
If, paypal have changed something, as actinic claim, how then is actinic generating rubbish links to paypal? No wonder its not working, it is not getting as far as paypal, the link from actinic to paypal is wrong.

SellerDeck technical support are investigating this problem.
From what we have seen so far it is not ISP specific and it is not affecting everybody using PayPal. We have done internal PayPal testing and it is working for us.
Most likely it is some routing service interruption.
I have just tried a Trace Route for www.paypal.com and the server was not reached in 30 hops.
Ping also times out
Oddly I can still browse to www.paypal.com

Midnight on 29th July
Hi,
I know were using different PayPal products but this doesn't sound a coincidence as our PayPal was working fine at 11:58pm on the 29th July but failed by 2:26am on 30th July.
Cheers
Graham

Nigel, Are you able to pin point the time the problem started.
I dont; have an accurate time as I had a very quiet time for Paypal orders and all I know is that it worked at 2:54pm on the 29th July but wasn't working at 10:12am on the 30th July.
