As Secure Epayments is ending I am looking at Realex which they recommend but also looking at others.
One issue I always had with secure ePayments was that unless the customer clicked 'return to merchant' at the end of the payment, the receipt was never triggered... and HSBC didnt send an order completed email..
I would quite often have customers asking if their order had actually gone through.
I notice that whenever I order online using sage pay, I always receive an email from Sagepay.. I think this happens regardless of whether I 'return to merchant' So using Sage Pay would have the benefit of informing the customer even if they dont 'return to merchant'
Do any other PSPs have this feature?
