    Paypal payments not downloading

    Hi all,

    Since yesterday evening all orders paid via Paypal remain in 'Pending Payment Service Provider' tab even though payments were successful.

    Is it just our website or does anyone experiences the same problem?

    Hi

    I was having the same problem a couple of days ago, then it seemed to be OK.

    I did check my settings both in Sellerdeck and my Paypal control panel, everything seemed alright.

    I have only payments made by Actinic Payments since so I don't know if there is still a problem.

      Thank you for your reply.

      It seems that others had the same problem back in July:

      http://community.sellerdeck.com/show...ghlight=paypal

      Seems to be random as we were not affected then. Only since yesterday not a single Paypal payment was downloaded....

      Both v10 and v11 on Webfusion servers affected :-(

        Hi

        Just had another order using Paypal - it's stuck in Payment Pending - have left it several hours to see if the notification came through.

        I wonder if it's a problem with Paypal altering something on their system?

          Aneta, You have errors like this in your error log:

          Program = ORDERSCR, Program version = 25252 ,
          HTTP Server = Apache,
          Return code = 999,
          Date and Time = 2012/10/12 18:11,
          Internal Errors = No POSTED data recieved from PayPal callback.
          Steve, you appear to have a different problem. There are quite a few of these in your error log:

          Program = ORDERSCR, Program version = 28588 ,
          HTTP Server = Apache,
          Return code = 999,
          Date and Time = 2012/10/12 09:31,
          Internal Errors = Under paid order M0000000001171 expected 0 received 38.45
          A search for similar problems might throw up some answers but they aren't ones I'm familiar with.

            Thanks Mike,

            Could you tell me how to access this error log please?

            It's been very frustrating. Paypal has been working for us for years and all of a sudden this happens. We have not changed anything in Actinic, I double checked all Paypal settings both in Actinic and Paypal account, our host has not changed anything (or so they say) and I checked all necessary modules are installed on the server as mentioned in one other thread but not a single payment has downloaded into Actinic for days now.

            Paypal sends us this info after every 20 failed IPNs:

            Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

            http://www.fabricinspirations.co.uk/...POSTPROCESS=1&

            Does anyone knows what that means?
