    SAGE Problem

    Actinic V11

    Hey guys.

    The error that I am gettings when trying to checkout with SAGE PAY.

    -------------------------------------

    Status: MALFORMED
    Status Detail: 3045 : The Currency field is missing.

    ------------------------------------

    New set up - All the keys are correct. No idea what is going on, if anyone needs more info please ask.

    Any ideas?

    Same Probem

    Hi,
    Was your site upgraded from a previous version of actinic / sellerdeck?

    I have received the same error after upgrading a v8.5 site to v11.

    Support haven't really been massively helpful. Their conclusion though is that we are using the v2.22 version of the sagepay protocol instead of the v2.23 version of the sagepay protocol.

    They said we had to ask sagepay to change the protocol, but when we did so sagepay sent us a document describing how to integrate with the v2.23 protocol.

    So it looks like sagepay don't have to do anything, the protocol used would appear to be defined by the sellerdeck integration scripts.

    I checked my scripts from the v8.5 version and the v11 upgraded version & they are identical. So I suspect the issue is that the upgrade doesn't bother to upgrade your payment processing script.

    That's just my best guess.

    If anyone can confirm whether the sagepay protocol used is determined by the sellerdeck scripts or by the sagepay account itself I would be very grateful. We are trying to fix this without breaking our live v8.5 site.

      @David - Could you confirm if this was a new installation or upgrade as Jan has mentioned above? If upgrade, could you please try my suggestion in this thread ?

      @Jan - Have you been able to try my suggestion? If yes, is the problem still persisting?

            I thought there was a OCC upgrade on version 9 to do with sagepay/protex
