Hi, one of my customers reported yesterday that they got the error message shown in the screenshot whilst they were going through checkout. Their payment and order came through fine, and nobody else has reported such a problem (I've had a number of occasions in the past where this error would occur for more than one customer, but there was something that I did to fix it. However, after losing some stuff off my hard drive last year, I no longer have the notes on what I did to fix it!)
Could anybody help me out please? For a start, it seems odd that it's looking on Google.co.uk for the file
