Just a heads up,
If like me your Payment Gateways (SagePay as an example) use filtered IP to make sure your Payments are coming from your site, then you best check as my SagePay Gateway stopped working due to 'Invalid IP'. This has happened in the past when 1and1 changed their hosting IP's and it looks like they have changed again now IONOS have taken over 1and1.
Best way to heck is do an order and make sure you can get through to the Payment provider page on Checkout.
