Sellerdeck Payments / Creditcall page taking ages to appear

Hi - seems to be a problem with Sellerdeck payments. When we take an office Moto order, the webpage typing the credit card details into takes ages to appear. Lots of "waiting" going on. Nothing changed this end as far as I can see, and other websites working fine.

What could be making the Sellerdeck Payments pages take ages to appear? What tests can I do to check this out ?

I wouldn't be surprised if it's caused by a Denial Of Service attack. It's essential that the payment pages of payment processors are kept alive so they're often targeted in the hope of extracting money from them.
