When I get orders from PayPal customers the telephone prompt is always blank I have asked PayPal is they could supply the phone numbers of customers but they have said it is against their privacy policy. They suggested I contact them post order to get the details. Seems alot of chasing, What is the best place to put a prompt for PayPal customers to enter a telephone number?
