    Major Sagepay/Opayo issues since last thurs (1st)

    Is anyone else having sagepay issues?


    Payments being authorised but failing to show up in Sellerdeck and then cancelled within Sagepay - saying cancelled by Vendor.

    Accompanied by lots of webserver errors:

    Program = ORDERSCR, Program version = 39919 , HTTP Server = Apache , Return code = 999 , Date and Time = 2021/04/06 10:22, Internal Errors = Error recording Sage Pay payment: Call Back Transaction ID does not match the expected ID

    There is a report on Sagepay Status page saying that Certificates needing to be pulled but very vague, but this also pre-dates the issues we are seeing by a number of days.

    Its also not entirely consistent, as some payments do go through without issues.


    Very frustrating.

    We use Sagepay/Opayo (stupid new name!). No problems to report for us, that I can see. It is a very quiet period of the year for our online sales, however, so we're talking just one or two payments a day at present.
