Just noticed that all Realex (Global Iris - HSBC EPayments as was) transactions are failing with a 200 error.
Called them up and yes, the processing system is down.
Bloody useless.
No apology, no email to say there's a problem, and no estimate of when it will be fixed. They don't even know what's causing it.
