SD payment with order despite SD no longer used

I am baffled, I have had SD payments unchecked for two days, it is not possible to select it when ordering.
I have just downloaded an order with an SD payment!

I have just downloaded an order with an SD payment!

The customer may not have refreshed the website or cleared the browser history so a previous version could have been retained with SD payments still an option.
