Slow transfer to Paypal

I have Paypal Express and Paypal website payment set-up on my old V9 site but on testing today I see clicking on the Paypal (Std not Express) displays "Click the PayPal button to go to PayPal's secure server and process your payment" but there is no Paypal button and takes around 1 minute before transferring across to Paypal.

Clicking on Paypal Express works fine.

Any ideas what may have happened or how to fix this?


The reason it became more important is the NMI security upgrade for Sellerdeck Payments which will stop Sellerdeck Payment working on my V9 site, so was hoping to get users using Paypal with a credit/debit card until by V18 with Swift Template is ready to launch

I had this with Sellerdeck payments whilst testing 18.1.2

I changed the script number, did a refresh and it seemed to work as expected.
