paypal commerce platform errors

I have 18.12 on a new machine, was all fine but I am getting some orders (paypal cards) going to pending with no apparent payment but when I check paypal there is a payment!

Bodging it with "new entry" to put them where they should be but needing to check paypal to see if orders are being missed with payments is annoying

That's surprising. I've been using the PayPal ecommerce platform for payments for the last 2-3 months and both Paypal and card payments have worked flawlessly (I've been getting both the payment confirmation emails and the requisite two payment confirmations when orders are downloaded).

This is on 18.0.6

Mine to - until the new PC yesterday, it is only paypal cards ones affected

A whole day with support but no progress at all, a shame as this surely cannot be that difficult for them. It is less than ideal that paid for orders are coming down with no payments visible in sellerdeck.
This seems to have resolved itself, I believe it was a result of my IP being blocked and it took time to synchronise everything again.
