PayPal IPN changes

I've had a few reminders from PayPal about up & coming changes that they are making that start on the 7th of October.

I'm on V 10.0.4 - do I have to make any changes at my end?

Hi, the fix says its for 11.0.3, I'm on 11.0.2, I assume the fix is still OK for me??

It is advised to upgrade to 11.0.3 or compare script changes and copy them into your 11.0.2 script.
