I'm still having issues this morning. The operator obviously wasn't aware of an issue - though she did raise an interesting point (even though she misunderstood the problem) that the scripts appear to be to oldskool form - exec up_OLDSKOOL_GetTransactionTypeForCart which makes me wonder whether the Sellerdeck script path should have been upgraded a while back..

Problem is Back Today
While I was talking to SagePay yesterday noon-ish, while being told that is was not them etc, the gentleman announced that he had just received an email saying that the problem had been fixed. Everything OK up to about 8.30 pm last night (Thursday), when intermittent orders, about 50% of them, were not being tagged and were going into pending payments, whereas the customer had paid. This is still happening this morning, as of now, about 11.00 am. Slightly different to the problem yesterday morning in that it is intermittent rather than all orders. We keep having to check on SagePay as to whether a customer has paid or not.
In our case, we cannot move orders from the Sellerdeck Pending Payment Service Provider tab to the Pending and Completed tab as we export orders into Sage so moving orders is not enabled. Pain.
